Refund policy

We pray that you love your Powerful Women Pray item(s)!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving for an exchange or credit ONLY.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
To exchange, customers must contact our customer care team at powerfulwomenpray@yahoo.com for return instructions.
Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the customer care team first.
Items must be in purchasing (salable) condition (absent of deodorant stains).
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
-Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (both outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges will apply.
- If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.
-Once items are received by our fulfillment center please allow 5-10 days for processing.
-Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
